We accept debit card and bank cards that begin
with a 4,5 or 6  and have an expiry date.

It's best to place your order through our online store. 

If you prefer, you can print our order form, complete it and fax with your credit card information to the fax number shown on the form.

Customers paying by check may have to wait up to 2 weeks to allow check to clear - an order paid by money order is shipped immediately.
